AOI plant Yoda's combined revenue in May reached 201 million yuan (New Taiwan dollars, the same below), with a monthly increase of 5.94%, the highest in a single month of this year. Due to the continuous large volume of semiconductor packaging RDL testing equipment and other non panel related equipment shipment, Yoda estimated that the proportion of non panel related equipment in the whole year is expected to reach more than 50%, and the operation prospect in the second half of the year is optimistic.

Yoda actively arranges high-level PCB, mini led, semiconductor and other testing equipment. For the carrier board part, Yoda cooperates with customers to expand production and build high-precision testing equipment according to customers' needs. With the accelerated production increase of carrier board customers, Yoda estimates that the annual revenue of carrier board testing equipment in 2021 is expected to reach a high level, accounting for more than 30% of the revenue.

In addition, in terms of semiconductors, Yoda has launched RDL testing equipment for semiconductor packaging and obtained the certification of first-line manufacturers. In addition, the original COF testing equipment has been shipped steadily. It is expected that with the rising demand for semiconductor packaging on both sides of the Strait, Yoda semiconductor's related revenue can account for 20%.

Yoda said that the market situation of AOI equipment is relatively less affected by the epidemic. At present, orders continue to boom. Thanks to the start of large customers' installation, the shipment of carrier board, semiconductor and display is booming. The peak season of the third quarter and the fourth quarter can be expected. The growth rate of performance in the second half of the year will surpass that in the first half of the year. The company also sees that a number of shipment kinetic energy will help to boost the annual revenue and gross profit margin.
