Implement the ASIC design and manufacturing development project, plan to improve the design level of microwave integrated circuits, RF integrated circuits, ultra large scale SOC chips, MEMS devices, photoelectric modules, third generation Beidou navigation high precision chips, RFID chips, etc., and promote the integrated development of chip design and manufacturing; We will implement key projects of RF front-end chips and modules for 5g communication base stations, build characteristic integrated circuit production lines, and promote the industrialization of RF front-end chips and filter chips.
